Your new role
- Collaboration with our Head of Sales: for customer enquiries, quotation preparation, administrative activities and triage between Sales, Engineers and customers.
- Quotation preparation: You will prepare customised quotations for our customers in close coordination with the engineering teams to ensure that all technical aspects are taken into account.
- Product consulting: You will advise our customers on our product portfolio with the support of our engineers and help them to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Co-operation with Marketing: You will support the Head of Marketing in the development and implementation of marketing measures that present our products and services in the best possible way.
- Customer support: You are the contact person for our customers with questions about their products and accounts and support them in finding solutions.
- Partner support: You support the Head of Sales by looking after our partners and developing new partnerships.
- Events & networking: You attend suitable events to get to know potential customers and exchange ideas with existing contacts.
- Market observation: You monitor current market trends and developments in order to identify new business opportunities and continuously improve our offering.
This job is for you if,
- you have technical expertise: you have a solid technical background, ideally from the IT or cloud industry, and can communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable way.
- you are interested in selling technical solutions and want to combine your technical interest and knowledge with sales.
- you are a strong communicator: you have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- you are customer-orientated: you prioritize customer satisfaction and have a flair for translating our customers' needs into custom-fit solutions.
- you are a team player: you enjoy working in a team and value the exchange with colleagues from different areas
- you are flexible and adaptable: you can adapt quickly to new situations and are open to change and further development
- you are fluent in German and English
