You’ll also contribute to topics such as recruiting, payroll coordination with finance, employer branding in collaboration with marketing, and safety in our Zurich office.

- Recurring HR cycles: Organizing employee surveys, goal setting/performance targets, and feedback processes in Personio, year-end tasks, follow-ups with students.
- Recruiting: Responsibility for the recruiting process in close cooperation with management.
- Safety Officer: Contact person for safety issues in the office, regular brief checks of safety-related materials, and conducting annual employee training.
- Consulting & Development: Supporting management and the vocational trainer in HR matters, regular discussions with employees, accompanying further development, and recognizing potential.
