Business hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Offices are closed during the canton holidays.

The processing of emails during business hours is normally guaranteed.

24/7 emergency service

Support calls outside of business hours are directed to the 24/7 emergency hotline of our on-call service.

Costs: CHF 250 per call + CHF 250 per hour (minimum 1 hour), so at least CHF 500 per call. If an onsite visit is required (e.g. to replace a hard drive), the drive to the data centre is charged at a flat rate of CHF 250.
