- Extended Validation SSL certificates require additional clarification, which is why it can take up to four weeks to deliver the certificate.

- With a wildcard certificate, you can secure several subdomains with only one certificate. For example, a wildcard certificate for *.example.com is valid for www.example.com, shop.example.com and example.com.
