Important information on HA solutions
High Availability cluster solutions require detailed preparatory work and planning phase as well as higher reconciliation need between application developer and hosting partner. Please calculate with at least 3 weeks until the going live to guarantee an uncomplicated start of your web application.
Terms and conditions
- Minimum service term: 12 months
- Minimum cancellation notice: 3 months
- Payment: 3 months in advance

Ordering
To order, please send the following information to 
- Your address
- Your telephone number
- Desired High Availability Hosting Plattform product
- Amount and type of Managed Server systems
- Optional points such as Load Balancing, Firewall etc.
- Desired server services
The setup of the system normally requires 1 business week until you will receive the first login. Please calculate with another 2 weeks for reconciliation work, stress test, DNS change etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us for competent advice and individual solutions.
