How can I access the backups?

In order to protect your data in the best way possible, our storage server is not accessible.

Where necessary, we will be happy to transfer the desired data back to your server for you (cost CHF 35.00 fixed price per case).

In the case of Product Enterprise hosting, the dumps of the database are directly available to you. You can find them on /var/www/domains/db-backup.
